Quince is one of our favorite brands…and we consider ourselves Quince experts at this point! If you’re new to Quince, it’s a direct-to-consumer retailer (no brick-and-mortar locations) that offers luxury-quality products at an affordable price point. They emphasize transparent pricing and sustainable practices, and focus on classic, minimalist styles that are versatile and timeless. They also offer free returns for 365 days!!!
Their $50 cashmere crewneck sweater, which launched the brand to stardom, is a FabList staple. Quince also offers great products for men – cashmere sweaters, shirts, activewear, outerwear, as well as kids’ clothing, housewares, linens, jewelry, luggage, and handbags, and they frequently introduce new products and enter new product categories.
In addition to what we buy from them, Quince kindly gifts us products to try out, and we are honest with you about those we love…and those we don’t. Here is a list of our current favorites, broken out by category, as well as those that didn’t quite meet the mark.
We Love These!
Women’s Clothing:

Mongolian Cashmere Crewneck: The item that launched Quince – this $50 crewneck sweater is the best – 30,000 reviews can’t be wrong! Available in 10 classic colors, and check back for seasonal options.

Washable Stretch Silk Blouse: This is a great basic that’s a nice shape and weight – not too flimsy and not too thick. It can be worn under a sweater or blazer, or simply with a pair of trousers. It’s not an ‘exciting’ purchase, but it’s a good, practical one you’ll reach for often. Comes in lots of colors as well as a striped option.

Women’s Lightweight Cotton Cashmere Cardigan: A great, lightweight spring/summer sweater that’s not too cropped, and not too long. Throw it over your shoulders, wear it solo, or wear it over a sundress or shirt.

Mongolian Cashmere Oversized Crewneck Sweater: Chrissie’s favorite casual, cozy sweater.

Italian Wool Stand Collar Blazer: Chrissie & Jo both have this blazer (in black), and the compliments keep pouring in. Fully lined, breathable, and wrinkle-resistant, with a stand collar that can be worn up or down. Size up to wear over sweaters or true to size for a tailored look.

Stretch Sweater Fleece Shirt: Wow! This shirt is so soft, and it’s been Jo’s go-to shirt this winter. Similar to the $$$ Faherty option, it’s made with super-soft, stretchy fabric for comfort in a relaxed fit. You can throw this on with anything for a casual-chic style.

100% European Linen Short Sleeve Popover Top: Jo just received this top and is packing it for an upcoming trip to the desert. The linen popover dress is next up on the order form!

Flowknit Activewear Tops: Jo likes these short-sleeve tees, and FabLister Katie F. loves the tanks. Perfect for running, yoga, travel, or lounging, the fabric is moisture-wicking and anti-odor. Available in 3 packs for extra savings.

Flowknit Wide Leg Pants: Both Jo & Chrissie have these pants and wear them for lounging, travel, or working out. Made from a quick-dry, moisture-wicking, anti-microbial fabric with four-way stretch.

Bathing Suit: Chrissie has this suit and likes it because it’s not too thin, but also not so thick that it takes forever to dry. It’s similar to one from her favorite bathing suit company, Andie Swim, whose suits are terrific and just a bit thicker with more compression.
Men’s Clothing:

Men’s Mongolian Crewneck Cashmere Sweater: This is a great men’s sweater that comes in 16 color options. Perfect to wear to work or out to dinner over a tee. Our husbands and kids have this and love it.

Men’s 5-Pocket Pants: Both our husbands and some of our kids have and love these pants.

Men’s 100% Linen Pants: Chrissie’s husband got these for an upcoming warm/humid trip. They look and fit great. They also have a drawstring version that looks more beachy casual.

Cashmere Trouser Socks: These were a hit as Christmas gifts. Also available in a slightly thicker ‘slouchy’ option.
Women’s Accessories:

Leather Smartwatch Band: Jo has this for her Apple Watch and loves it. Available in seven colors and made from top-grain calfskin leather with a stainless steel buckle at a third of the cost of other brands.

Italian Leather Slim Credit Card Case: Jo uses this daily – it holds a couple of credit cards, insurance card, drivers license, and a little cash. Beautiful leather for under $30. Great gift as well.

Allegra European Leather Belt: Jo just got this and is really happy with it. Made from French full-grain nappa leather with resin backing and a solid metal buckle. It is super sturdy and great quality for 70% less than similar brands.

Mongolian Cashmere Ribbed Beanie: Everyone in Jo’s family has at least one of these – the perfect winter hat, warm with an adjustable folded cuff.

Mongolian Cashmere Gloves: Long cuffs for extra coziness, breathable and soft, these gloves are incredibly long-lasting and are three times as warm as wool.

Phone Case with Strap: Chrissie just ordered this to keep her phone close during an upcoming trip. It hasn’t arrived yet, but we’re optimistic and will confirm once we’ve tested it.
Beauty:

TheraFace Mask Glo: Jo has this and loves it. Chrissie just ordered it and can’t wait for it to arrive!
Home/Bath:

Premium Down Alternative Pillow: Chrissie’s son was having sinus issues with his old bedding, and once he changed to this pillow and the duvet below, the problem was greatly reduced.

Classic Organic Percale Duvet Cover: Chrissie’s son has and loves this.

European Linen Gingham Duvet Cover Set: Jo has this set on her bed and loves the gingham look and the linen feel of the duvet cover and matching shams.

Turkish Ultra Plush Towels/Bath Sheets, and Quick Dry Bath Sheets/Bath Towels: These plush towels are THE BEST, and the quick dry ones are lighter options that are great if you don’t want a super heavy bath sheet. FabLister Laurie G. is very particular about her towels, has tried many, and swears that these plush bath towels are the best on the market.

Rugs: FabLister Dana H. LOVES Quince rugs! Available in many sizes and materials – wool, performance materials, indoor/outdoor – and at more than half off the price of other popular brands.

European Linen Gingham Tablecloth & Gingham Napkins: Jo bought these for hosting Thanksgiving; they were perfect, and she’s used them often ever since!

Cable Knit Cashmere Throw: Jo upgraded to this cashmere throw from her ratty fleece blankets. Incredibly soft and indulgent, this lightweight yet incredibly warm throw is crafted of the finest Mongolian cashmere.

Minerale Reed Diffuser: Quince’s reed diffusers are a great addition to the home at half the price of other popular brands. The Minérale scent is an ode to the coast—sea salt on warm skin, sage carried on a breeze, driftwood washed clean by the tide.

Quince Candles: We all love candles, all over the house! We especially like the Mediterranean Fig scent, ‘inspired by fig trees along the Mediterranean countryside, blending sun-ripened figs with green leaves and woody bark’. Available in a dozen other scents. Chrissie loves the Grapefruit and the Verdant Mint options.
Travel:

Eye Mask: Chrissie uses this for plane trips and loves it. SO comfy and blocks out all the light. Makes a great gift.

Suitcases: Jo exclusively uses Quince suitcases. They are identical to Away suitcases at 1/2 the price. Her expandable carry-on and the expandable medium check-in are very well-traveled!

Transit Quilted Phone Crossbody Purse: Jo loves this crossbody. If you’re familiar with MZ Wallace’s puffer products, this is identical at a third of the price. Great features include a secure zippered middle compartment to keep valuables safe, an outside unzipped pocket for easy access, and another outside zipped pocket for more valuables. It’s super lightweight and water-resistant.
These products are a Pass…
Cleo Oval Belt: Jo tried this, but the buckle had a rose gold tone to it, so back it went.
Super Soft Wide Leg Fleece Pants: These sure were soft, but the crop length was just too short.
Tiered Cotton Maxi Skirt: Chrissie wavered on this one but ended up sending it back as it was too much material and was too long for her 5’4″ frame. On a taller woman, it would be great though.
Mongolian Cashmere Mock Neck Sweater Vest: The fit was off on this one – too cropped in any size.
Vintage Wash Tencel Drawstring Cargo Pants: Just too much fabric, even in a smaller size. Just the wrong cut.
Ultra-Soft Cropped Bootcut Pants: A flared yoga pant with too much flare in the wrong spot!
Power Up High Rise Training Pocket Leggings: Was hoping these would work, but the fabric is not soft or stretchy enough compared to Athleta or Lululemon.
Second Skin Hipster Brief: The quality of these wasn’t up to Quince standards in our opinion. Too thin.
Vintage Wash Tencel Camp Shirt: We had high hopes for this shirt for safari travel, but the sleeve length just didn’t work.
